Monte Rossa is a place loaded with history and fascination in the heart of Franciacorta, on top of the hill overlooking Bornato. It boasts a 13th-century tower, a 15th-century country house, a scenographic staircase in white marble dating from the 1700s and spectacular gardens with centuries-old olive groves, rose beds and herbs galore.

In 2022 the Villa is joined by the new wine cellar, built in Cazzago San Martino – locality Barco.

The new wine cellar is the result of an idea by Emanuele Rabotti; an ambitious project that started from a blank sheet of paper, from his long experience in the production of Franciacorta and from his firm intention of not making any compromises in the quality of life of those who work every day in the various spaces of the cellar. It is an underground, avant-garde, eco-friendly and eco-sustainable winery, entirely conceived and designed for the production of Franciacorta that dialogues with the surrounding territory.
