Satèn is a registered name of the Franciacorta Consortium and corresponds to a production protocol involving the exclusive use of white grapes,
an atmospheric pressure of less than 4.5 atmospheres, a maximum sugar content of of 12 grams/litre and a minimum ageing on the lees of 24 months.
Sansevé – a term derived from ancient Gaelic meaning “cheers!” – is the Monte Rossa’s Satèn Brut, its name evoking the personality that makes it particularly suitable for convivial moments.
Just like silk
The combination of these four elements results in a velvety and embracing wine recalling the softness of silk.
