MONTE ROSSA SANSEVÉ SATÈN BRUT
PRECIOUS AS SILK
Thanks to a personality making it the ideal companion on special occasions, its name Sansevé derives from the ancient Gaelic meaning of “good health!”.
Satèn, instead, is a name registered by the Franciacorta Consortium denoting a production protocol for the exclusive use of Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco grapes, an atmospheric pressure of less than 5 atmospheres, a maximum sugar content of 15g/litre and at least 24 months ageing on yeasts.
Just like silk
The combination of these four elements results in a velvety and embracing wine recalling the softness of silk.
