It was 1972 when Paola Rovetta and her husband Paolo Rabotti arrived in Franciacorta, dreamers and pioneers of a story their family is still writing today.
The beginning, the vision, the future: 50 years, three generations, and one great passion, all to be savored through three of the labels that have made history: P.R. BRUT, FLAMINGO ROSÉ, SALVÀDEK 2016 (*).
“Il viaggio” includes a tasting of these three labels and a guided tour of the new winery, inaugurated in 2022, with a focus on the history of Monte Rossa and the key milestones of the winery’s journey, intertwined with that of Franciacorta— both as region and as wine.
