Giro di bolle

It is 1972 when Paola Rovetta and her husband Paolo Rabotti arrive in Franciacorta, dreamers and pioneers of a story that their family is still writing.

More than 50 years later, three generations and a single great passion to be experienced through three of the labels that made its history: P.R. BLANC BRUT, FLAMINGO ROSÉ, SETTEDUE EXTRA BRUT (*).

“Giro di bolle” includes the tasting of the three selections and a guided tour of the new winery, with a focus on the history of Monte Rossa and the key milestones of the winery’s journey, intertwined with that of Franciacorta – both as a wine and as a territory.
