An evocative name reflecting the image of passion, style and light-heartedness but without forgetting its origins: in fact, the word “Coupé” means “cut”, a concept that in the wine lexicon is condensed in the term Cuvée.
Still striking
Emanating a suave aroma recalling elderflower and white peach. The palate is struck by the contrast between the creamy balance of the perlage and the “swiping” freshness, leaving a keen balsamic aftertaste.
Monte Rossa’s “non dosato” is made up mostly of Chardonnay with a spritz of Pinot Nero, both being cru and purely vinified.
